01Start with the work repeated every week
The autumn 2026 operating notes record 91 enrolled students in the architectural-regulations course. This is an enrollment count, not a measurement of weekly active users or learning improvement.
Publishing questions is only part of the task. Class admission, assessment windows, answer persistence, submission deadlines and semester archives also need a repeatable process. The agent translated those rules into software and operating notes, while the instructor determined course conditions and reviewed assessment content.
02From admission to submission
Students enter through the existing classroom using instructions supplied in class. The system checks class and timing conditions, tracks the individual assessment window, saves answers and handles submission at the deadline. Public course information provides a route to that classroom.
Answer persistence and submission are handled on the server. Instructor practice is separated from student grading records. The public site does not expose student identities, individual marks, administration screens or answers to current assessments.
03Keep dates and limitations visible
The 8 September operating notes describe assessment mode, persistence across reloads, attempt-state recording and submission handling. Browser-based controls are supporting measures; they cannot fully prevent external recording or actions outside the browser.
Prior-semester materials were archived before the new semester was activated. Completion depends on admission, submission and instructor review matching course rules, not just on a page loading. The live classroom instructions take precedence for schedules and result-release behavior.
04Separate public learning resources from course records
The public Lab provides original checklists for planning, source checking and self-review, along with operational case studies. Full textbook translations, illustrations with unverified redistribution rights and answers to current assessments are excluded from public downloads.
The demonstrated output is an operational service and its handover. Learning gains and instructor time savings have not yet been measured comparatively. Future evaluation can aggregate preparation time, support requests, missing submissions and recovery time without publishing personal records.
