Give every presentation figure a route back to its evidence

Condensing the report left capacity and demand figures without their assumptions. I used Codex to connect those figures to the source tables so I could follow a question back to the calculation.

I added references on two main slides and organized three calculation appendices around facility area and occupancy, regular demand and annual visitors. This kept the spoken presentation concise while making the detail available.

I kept a note explaining the difference between rounded entries and an annual total. Adding source appendices also exposed a geographic label to correct and a missing reference to mark. I preferred visible gaps to plausible but unsupported citations.

I made horizontal bars taller and shortened outside labels. Percentage changes stayed on the chart; shorter units and a separate change column went into the table. Keeping these as editable objects let me revise the same slides again.

For each main claim, I look for a route to a table, an assumption and a source. The main slide can stay brief with a result and an appendix reference, provided that reference leads somewhere useful.

I describe the appendix and chart-editing work without publishing confidential project amounts or detailed figures. I could not find the appendix file in the current shared folder. The separate chart revision available to inspect is a two-slide file with one native chart and one table; it does not establish the retained state of the full presentation.
