When lecture visuals missed the brief, I went back to the instructions
I used OpenClaw to prepare lecture slides in NotebookLM, then found that part of my brief had been lost. Resending it produced a 21-slide revision, including the circulation and dimension diagrams shown here.

My first visual lecture deck did not fully reflect the brief I had written.

I checked the instructions passed through OpenClaw and resent the complete brief as a file.
What changed
I obtained a 21-slide revision with circulation and dimension diagrams, while keeping slide-count and content checks separate.

01What the first result missed
I had specified the lesson duration and slide structure, but the first result did not match the lesson I had in mind. I traced the problem to a shortened brief passed through OpenClaw. Before choosing different images, I needed to check what NotebookLM had actually received.
02Pass the complete brief as a file
I resent the full instructions as a file and obtained the v2 deck. Keeping the slide count, teaching sequence and required diagrams together made it easier to compare the brief with what had been passed to the next tool.
03Look at the slides I could use
The revised PPT contains 21 slides. I extracted the images from slide 4, covering planning and circulation, and slide 7, covering human dimensions, furniture and area. I retained the NotebookLM mark so readers can see the actual output and judge how well the diagrams support an explanation.
04What I would check on the next deck
The deck fell short of my requested 25–30 slides. For the next one, I would check the transmitted brief, the actual slide count and the essential diagrams in that order. Dimensions and legal requirements still need a separate review before classroom use.
