THE EVIDENCE & LIMITS

Explore the records

01What the eight public slides show

Two case-research slides and six slides on three operating models have been adapted for public viewing. Company, university, location and project names, distinctive figures and logos have been generalized.

Public examples 1–2 cover production facilities and AI use; 3–4 cover education, projects and employment; 5–6 cover startup pilots, revenue and investment; 7–8 cover university collaboration and manufacturing AX. Each model pairs a diagram with a three-column illustrated slide.

Identifying text and logos within images have also been edited. The public organizations, programs and figures are generalized and should not be used to identify a specific company or project, or treated as evidence of completed operations.

02Targeted editing within complex diagrams

The PPT workflow separates images, text, shapes and connectors. Native text and shapes can be revised individually in content, size and position.

The website shows rendered slides for easy reading. The working layout is retained while public content is anonymized. Elements inside a picture are not all separate editable PPT objects.

03Revising the same slide through instructions

Retained work records include targeted changes to bar heights, outside labels, percentage changes, table units and change columns. The core workflow preserves the same slide while changing the requested details.

The separate public A/B examples let readers inspect text, shapes, tables and charts. The first slide has 22 text/shape objects, one native chart and a 3×3 table. The second has 29 text/shape objects and four pictures.

04Scope of the public A/B examples

The A/B downloads are separate public examples of the editing workflow. Names and figures are example data; they are not a download of the full eight-slide gallery.

A/B is a new example showing changes to text, values, charts and formatting within the same slide. It is separate from historical before-and-after source files.

05Review and reuse

Claims, evidence, diagrams and explanations are reviewed together. Numbers and assumptions are checked before the relevant objects are revised.

File counts alone do not establish productivity. Drafting time and human review effort need separate measurements, so this introduction makes no numerical time-saving or productivity claim.
